In March, Maia Avtandilashvili provided a 2-hour lecture to students in WSU’s Internal and Environmental Dosimetry class (ENVR_SCI 523). Dr. Avtandilashvili introduced students to the Integrated Modules for Bioassay Analysis (IMBA) internal dosimetry software, and gave examples of how IMBA can be used as a tool to estimate radionuclide intakes from bioassay data such as urinalysis or in-vivo body count results.
