Dr. Tony James visited the National Institute for Radiological Sciences (NIRS) Research Center for Radiation Emergency Medicine, after giving an invited presentation at the Third Asian and Oceanic Congress on Radiation Protection in Tokyo. On May 26, he gave a 2-h invited lecture at NIRS titled “USTUR: Lifetime Follow-up of Actinide Biokinetics, Tissue Dose & Health Outcomes in Former U.S. Nuclear Workers.” His visit to Japan was sponsord by the Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA).
